Real estate in Hawaii took to K.C. like a sponge - he has always been a fast learner and soaks up the knowledge from educators, mentors and peers to pass along to clients. Even though he was born in St. Louis, Missouri, K.C. was raised just outside of Chicago. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the Marines, serving our country in Norfolk, Virginia, working in public relations and marketing until 1977. For the next thirty years, K.C. was in Los Angeles as a business consultant, switching to the film/TV industry as an actor, script writer, film editor and even director.
Having lived in Waikiki since stepping foot on Hawaiian soil in 2006, K.C. offers great information to clients looking at this famous destination. His real estate experience in time share, commercial and residential began in May 2009; but K.C. feels that he’s been preparing for this career his whole life. He learned all about the interior design business through his mother who showed him how to see the great potential of any property; script writing taught him to be detail minded; consulting for corporations made him an “idea man;” and the marketing skills he gained in the Marines all combine to create a unique ability to “put it all together.”

I first came to Honolulu in 1972. It was a dream come true waking up with sunshine, early morning tennis, walking along the beaches, swimming with even more activities available that I have never enjoyed before. I originally came to Hawaii from Alaska to spend winters at the Ilikai with friends. I enjoyed it here so much that I purchased a condo at the Ilikai Marina. It was one of the best investments I ever made. Of all the places I have travelled, I still enjoy Hawaii the most. A friend prompted the thought to begin working in real estate which I thought was a fantastic idea. I started in 2002 and have been involved in property management, sales and listings ever since. I recently placed my license with Waikiki Real Estate. This brought numerous opportunities for my clients since the Company offers free seminars to educate prospective buyers and investors.
